How long does it take to produce my stationery?

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks from start to finish, if your order is urgent we may ve able to agree a shorter timeframe. Our turnaround time for approved orders is approximately 10 working days. An approved order means you have signed the proof off and are completely happy with your stationery wording, spelling and design, for personal stationery this can take as little as 1-2 days.

When do I pay for my stationery?

Once the stationery is approved an invoice will be emailed to the client requesting sign off, this should be sent to Arabella Hampson with full payment. Full payment must be received before stationery can be printed. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer and all credit and debit cards.

Postage & Packaging

At Arabella Hampson we pride ourselves on delivering beautiful quality stationery, beautifully presented. All our stationery is sent out via Royal Mail for next day delivery in our bespoke pale blue boxes hand tied with matching ribbon keeping your stationery as smart as the day you received it for as long as you have it. Delivery is charged at £7.00 per package.
