When should I order my wedding stationery?
Most couples send their invitations out 12 - 6 weeks before their wedding date, save the day cards can be sent up to a year in advance. Once we have agreed a delivery date, we can then work timescales back to provide your proofs etc. Thank you cards can be ordered with the rest of your wedding stationery or after your wedding.
How long does it take to produce my invitations?
Please allow approximately 4 - 6 weeks from start to finish, if your order is more urgent we may be able to agree to a shorter timeframe, there may be an extra charge for an 'express' service. Our turnaround time for approved orders is approximately 15 working days.
What is an approved order?
An approved order means you have signed off your stationery artwork and are completely happy with your invitation and other items. It usually takes 1 - 2 weeks to reach the approval stage. Please note, Arabella Hampson cannot be held responsible for any mistakes signed off at the approval stage.
How much will my wedding stationery cost?
Our prices start from £2.95 and go up to £4.50, depending upon the size and style you choose, extra touches such as Swarovski crystals may add an additional cost to your order. Information cards and place cards start from as little as £1.00.
When do I pay for my wedding stationery?
Once the stationery is approved an invoice will be emailed to the client requesting sign off, this should be sent to Arabella Hampson with full payment. Full payment must be received before stationery can be printed. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer and all credit and debit cards.
